The original Franschhoek Country House offers 14 well equipped rooms including 6 standard rooms, 5 luxury rooms and 2 cottages - all designed with your comfort in mind offering charming accommodation and expected services to invite you to relax and unwind. All en-suite rooms are individually appointed with all the expected luxuries and amenities, comfortable lush duvets with embroided percale cotton linen. The 12 luxurious Villa Suites offer discerning guests demanding opulence and space in a relaxed country setting.

Standard Rooms
Standard Rooms are located in the original manor house dating back to 1890 with charming rooms all renovated to offer all the expected luxuries and amenities.

All en-suite rooms have a small lounge area inside each room together with a private balcony. In addition a separate guest lounge offer guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy a complimentary sherry.

Luxury Rooms
The Luxury Rooms are located separately and in addition to all the facilities and amenities of the standard rooms offer more space and also includes a lounge area inside the room.

Most luxury rooms offer a private patio or balcony to enjoy the views of the fountains and gardens of lavender.

Garden Cottages
A double storey cottage with an en-suite bedroom downstairs, a private garden & patio area and separate lounge upstairs with a lovely view over the surrounding vineyards

The Garden Cottages can also cater for guests with small children with fold-out bed in the lounge area

Villa Suites
The luxurious Villa Suites offer discerning guests demanding opulence and space in a relaxed country setting. Arguably the best suites on offer in the winelands, the suites are each a total of 100sqm in size which include a separate lounge, bedroom and picturesque bathroom and 2 private balconies.

Monneaux Restaurant
In the heart of Franschhoek, the acclaimed Monneaux Restaurant offers freshness, creativity, and generosity on every plate, without compromising on technique or elegance.

Headed by visionary young chef Calvin Metior as of November 2019, this stalwart of the Cape Winelands' dining scene has reconceptualised its dining offering from pass to plate. The focus is on showcasing Monneaux's true identity through seasonality, responsibly-sourced local produce and self-sustainability.
